Are all your items handmade?
Yes, all embroidered items are handmade with love and passion by me.
DIY sets are carefully compiled by me.

When is my item ready to be shipped?
All ready made items are ready to ship within the next two working days. 
For customized orders, I will let you know, how individually.

Where are you shipping from?
I am directly shipping from my studio in Dubai.
For international shipments outside of the UAE, there may be longer delivery times due to customs regulations.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide. If your country isn´t available yet, please let me know. I will check and add it to the website.
