Shipping Policy

As we are a small family-run business, we currently ship within 2-3 working days once I receive your order.

My customized items are made to order after a process of briefing and coordination. Please allow me some time to make these products by hand and prepare your order. I will let you know during the order process how long your special item will need to be finished and I will update you once the product is shipped.

Orders placed during weekends and on public holidays might need some more time to be delivered.

We use third party shipping within UAE, which will be an extra cost of AED 20. We also offer free pick-up if you wish to collect your order personally.

If you´d like to order from a country that isn´t listed yet, please let me know. I will check and add to the website.
